One channel: email
The only way to reach us is [email protected]. We'll read everything in these three categories:
- Corrections. Found something wrong — a step, a figure, a phrase that would lead someone to make a bad transfer — please tell us. Include the page URL and the exact location. Accepted corrections are published in the corrections log with an explanation of what changed.
- Partnerships. If it's related to on-chain transfers or crypto security education, we're open to a conversation. We don't accept coin recommendations, fund management pitches, or paid advertorial content.
- Copyright. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with the specific page and details. We'll investigate and respond.
Most emails get a reply within a few days; corrections get prioritised. Anything you send is used only to deal with that specific matter — it won't go on any mailing list or be shared with any third party. See the privacy policy for details.
What we don't provide
- Investment or trading advice. What coin to buy, when to buy it — we genuinely don't know, and we won't pretend to.
- Account recovery or fund tracing. Anyone asking for your private keys, seed phrase, or account password — for any reason, from anyone — is trying to steal from you. This includes anyone claiming to be us.
- "Asset recovery" services. If your coins were stolen and someone offers to recover them for a fee, that is almost certainly a follow-up scam. We do not offer this service and we strongly recommend against trusting anyone who does.
Important: watch out for impersonators. Yidaozhang has no customer support team, no social media accounts, and no chat groups. We will never message you first, send a friend request, or call you. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be "Yidaozhang support" or a "Yidaozhang team member" — especially if they're offering to recover funds or unfreeze an account — is a scammer. Block and report them immediately. Your entire relationship with this site is: this website, and one email address.
